1.General

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of Allybrite Furniture’s online shopping platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) for acquiring Headboards, Pedestals, Ottomans, Dressing tables, Couches, and TV stands (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Website or purchase any Products.
2. Acceptance
2.1. By placing an order through the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.
2.2. Allybrite Furniture reserves the right to accept or decline your offer at its sole discretion. A binding contract is formed only upon acceptance of your offer by Allybrite Furniture.

3.1. In order to make a purchase, you may need to create an online profile on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile information, including your username and password.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.
4. Goods and Pricing

5. Warranty (6 months)
5.1. Allybrite Furniture provides a warranty for the Products for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
5.2. To avail of the warranty, you must retain your original purchase receipt or order confirmation. Allybrite Furniture reserves the right to inspect the Products before accepting any warranty claim.
6. Delivery, Collection, and Storage
6.1. Allybrite Furniture will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the address specified during the ordering process within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery times are approximate and subject to factors beyond the control of Allybrite Furniture.
6.2. If you decide to pick up the products from an Allybrite Furniture location, you need to provide a valid proof of identity and order confirmation. Alternatively, those who choose to collect the items themselves are obligated to pay a 20% deposit.
6.3. If you request storage of the purchased Products, Allybrite Furniture may charge a storage fee and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the Products during storage.
7. Returns and General Warranties
7.1. Allybrite Furniture allows returns for its products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they meet certain conditions. However, please note that returns are not accepted for items with specified dimensions.
7.2. Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
7.3. If a returned Product is found to be damaged or in a condition that prevents resale, Allybrite Furniture reserves the right to reject the return or deduct a reasonable restocking fee from the refund.
7.4. Any general warranties provided by Allybrite Furniture, in addition to the 6-month warranty, will be communicated separately for specific Products or services.
8. Payment
8.1. Payment for the Products must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon by Allybrite Furniture.
8.2. Allybrite Furniture accepts various payment methods, which will be displayed on the Website during the checkout process. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.
8.3. In the event of any payment disputes or unauthorised charges, please contact Allybrite Furniture’s customer service immediately for resolution.
9. Order Cancellation
9.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Allybrite Furniture’s customer service as soon as possible. Order cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
9.2. For standard and non-customized Products, you may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may still be possible, but fees or charges may apply.
9.3. For customized or made-to-order Products, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, and fees or charges may apply.
9.4. Allybrite Furniture reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons such as unavailability of stock, inability to process payment, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund will be provided if applicable.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Allybrite Furniture operates.
10.2. Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Allybrite Furniture operates.
